We applaud their efforts and want to cast the spotlight on the important work they do. Once again, we’re recognizing their achievements through the 2019 Sensus Reach Awards in the Customer First and Compelling Solution categories.
Sensus Employee: Customer First
This award recognizes the Sensus employee who regularly provides exceptional customer service.
- Develops new strategies or approaches that increase customer satisfaction
- Serves as an ambassador for our customers and brings their needs to the attention of the company
Sensus Employee: Compelling Solution
This award recognizes a Sensus employee who develops and successfully implements a compelling solution.
- Finds an answer to a challenging product-related question
- Enhances a service or product offered by Sensus
- Any full-time Sensus employee from any function or location (including global) may be nominated
- Any project with measurable results achieved between April 2019 and August 2, 2019 will be considered
- Employees may be nominated by themselves, colleagues, customers, distributors or partners
- Winners will be recognized at Sensus Reach
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Ingenuity as evidenced by an improvement in a business process or the community
- Problem solving through the application of technology or the launching a new program
- Results with clear examples of the outcomes and benefits
